Terms of Service and Sale
Last updated: 2026-08-17
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of Rankly, a SaaS platform for configuring search-engine relevance, published by YANA DEV (the "Publisher"). Creating an account implies full acceptance of these terms and of the Privacy Policy.
2. Account and access
Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity under their account. "Personal" accounts (Pro, Premium) are strictly individual and limited to one user. "Business" accounts (Business, Enterprise) allow several users within the limits of the subscribed plan.
The Publisher may suspend an account in case of breach of these terms, fraudulent use, or non-payment.
3. Plans, prices and billing
Plans and their limits (projects, environments, connections, collections, users) are described on the Pricing page. Prices are stated in euros; applicable VAT is shown on each invoice.
Payment is made by credit card (charged automatically each period) or, for business customers who have provided their company details, by invoice payable by bank transfer no later than the end of the month following issue ("month + 1" terms).
4. Term and cancellation
Subscriptions run monthly or yearly and renew automatically. Customers may cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect immediately and returns the organization to the free plan.
Warning: cancellation permanently and irreversibly deletes data exceeding the free plan's limits (excess environments, connections, collections and members), after an explicit warning and the customer's confirmation.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Under articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer customers have fourteen (14) days from subscribing to withdraw without giving reasons, by writing to contact@searchrankly.com; all sums paid are then refunded in full. No free trial is offered on paid plans.
6. Availability and liability
The Publisher strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Rankly acts on the customer's search engine at the customer's request; the customer remains solely responsible for their engine's configuration, their data and its backups. To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher's liability is limited to the amounts paid during the preceding twelve months.
7. Intellectual property and customer data
The service remains the Publisher's property. Customers retain full ownership of their data, configurations and access keys, which the Publisher uses solely to provide the service.
8. Mediation and governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Consumer customers may refer disputes free of charge to the consumer mediator: [médiateur de la consommation à renseigner]. Failing amicable resolution, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
